Our ability to get where we want to go at the pace we want is dependent on our ability to find the right type of people who buy into our vision and have the skills and drive to make things happen.As A New Client Specialist, SUCCESS Looks Like The Following:You are a direct individual responsible (DIR) for the assignments that are assigned to you.You enjoy being able to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and will play a critical role in completing and the follow up of your administrative assignments in a timely manner.You are flexible and enjoy working on new assignments that come as business needs change.Work with other office staff members to ensure that documentation and customer information is entered and tracked properly.Ensure all work is performed in conjunction with established policies and procedures to provide consistent and quality service to each customer.Identifies revenue opportunities within customers’ communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company’s established trading partnersEnsures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers’ communities.Works closely with Support, Community Management, Account Management and Business Development.Responds to requests from customers for information regarding Blue Sky Pest Control.Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments Pest Control.Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.You are able and interested in learning.Our training gives you additional customer service skills that will help you be a better New Client Specialist. We want to equip you with the right skills and tools before we expect results. You will go through training during your first 90 days, but the learning doesn’t stop there; you will continue to receive additional ongoing training and support.You are comfortable with technology, such as working in Outlook, Excel, and Word.You are a quick learner in working new software applications.You are organized and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple task and projects concurrently.You are the one that sees the glass half full!You see the good in all things.You run to solve problems as you see them.You are a light to those around you.Your positive attitude is infectious.You communicate effectivelyYou communicate effectively with customers, office staff and service managers.You document all work performed and provide information to service/office manager each day, so others can do their jobs effectively.You proactively address all customer questions and concerns.
