Our Administrative Customer Service Representative keeps our offices running smoothly and plays an essential role in keeping Blue Sky customers happy. As An Administrative Customer Service Representative, SUCCESS Looks Like The Following:

You communicate effectively

  • You communicate and are able to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers, office staff and service managers.
  • Dedicate time and attention to assisting customers using proper phone etiquette to effectively solve problems, answer questions and ensure that the customer feels his or her needs have been met or exceeded.
  • As you are fielding customer phone calls and providing exceptional service to each customer, scheduling service routes, dispatching and communicating with technicians, tracking key business statistics and data and collecting past-due receivables.

You are a direct individual responsible (DIR) for the assignments that are assigned to you.

  • You enjoy being able to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and will play a critical role in completing and the follow up of your administrative assignments in a timely manner.
  • You are flexible and enjoy working on new assignments that come as business needs change.
  • Work with other office staff members to ensure that documentation and customer information is entered and tracked properly.
  • Ensure all work is performed in conjunction with established policies and procedures to provide consistent and quality service to each customer.

You are able and interested in learning.

  • Our training gives you additional customer service skills that will help you be a better customer service representative. We want to equip you with the right skills and tools before we expect results. You will go through training during your first 90 days, but the learning doesn’t stop there; you will continue to receive additional ongoing training and support.
  • You are comfortable with technology. You are a quick learner in working new software applications. You also enjoy working in Outlook, Excel, and Word. You are organized and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple task and projects concurrently.

Fast Forward Three Years From Now:

You will be an experienced Blue Sky Pest Control representative, by mastering the training and demonstrating full knowledge of pests, and in customer service. You will be providing us feedback, while creating your future, here at Blue Sky Pest Control, and making a difference by helping us with our continuous growth.

A first year technician can make between $14 – $19 Hourly.
